Terms of Service

These terms cover the Camipack iPhone app and the camipack.com website. Camipack is made by Sergey Muzyukin, an independent developer. By using the app or this website you agree to them.

The app

Camipack is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If the two differ, Apple's agreement applies.

Camipack is free to download. Planning, packing lists, maps, offline maps, flight tracking and Trip Recap are free.

Camipack Pro

Camipack Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, sold and billed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content

Your trips, documents, photos and notes are yours. They are stored on your devices and in your own iCloud account, never on a Camipack server, so the developer cannot see, use or recover them. You are responsible for what you add to a trip and for whom you share a trip with.

Fair use

Don't use Camipack to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the app or the services it relies on. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

Maps, weather, flights and other information

Maps, routes, opening details, weather, exchange rates and flight times come from third parties such as Apple Maps, Apple Weather and OpenStreetMap. They are shown as provided and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check important details, such as departure times, gates and border rules, with the official source before you rely on them.

This website and our social channels

The text, images and videos on camipack.com and on Camipack's YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts belong to Camipack unless stated otherwise. Some scenes in our videos are AI-generated and are labelled as such. Camipack publishes these videos only to its own accounts. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

No warranty and limits of liability

Camipack is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed connection or lost bookings, arising from the use of the app or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes and contact
